When you get out of the shower while your hair is still damp you put a pea size amount in the palm of your hands, rub your hands together and run your fingers through your hair ( flip your head upside down and start from your neck area and work your way to the ends.) Then you blow dry your hair and straighten if you would like. It leaves my hair silky smooth and smells great!! This product will last a long time so the price is totally worth it.
