(More customer reviews)When I recently purchased this product I bought the dark chestnut brown. When I received them they were full of gray hair! I am only 25 and don't plain on going so gray just yet. I decided to wear them a few times anyway and thought I could just dye them myself later. Eventually I had to wash them with a mild shampoo and let them air dry, just like the instructions say. They became so dry and brittle I would hate to see them after a dye job. So I sent an email to Arama asking them about the extensions conditions, and the person over customer service was awful. First, he or she told me that they new that some had gray in it, but sent them anyway. Then they told me in basic terms that I was a liar that no one had ever told them that their product was dry or brittle. Well, excuse me! He finally agreed to exchange them when I sent mine back at my expense. I sent them back with my email address, name, address, phone number, and purchase order number. Four weeks later haven't heard or received a thing, of course naturally after the person was that rude in the first place, I send an email asking what the hold up is. He emails me back and tells me VERY RUDELY they have never received my product and if I sent it right. Then in the next one tells me he wants to save his self a headache and will refund my money. Ummm, sorry you couldn't get it right from the get go and sale a good product. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone, because God help you if you get a bad batch that didn't color right and was full of grays!
