(More customer reviews)I ordered (what I thought was) the exact same item by the same brand as that I had previously ordered from another vendor. The hair that I previously purchased was silky and smooth from day one and lasted almost 3 months of the extreme wear and tear that I had done to it. When I opened this package, however, I could immediately tell that it was a different, more fake feeling batch of hair than the product that I had received from a different vendor before (although supposedly they were exactly the same item). I have had this hair in for less than a month and it feels and looks TERRIBLE. I am very confused, because the product that I had purchased before was absolutely nothing like what I received this time. I don't know if it was because I purchased it from a different seller or if I just got a really crappy batch of hair, but either way I am extremely disapointed.
