It does for me, although as someone who previously waxed keeping it up at regular intervals was something I had to get used to at first. Still, the benefits outweight the disadvantages for me--it's a painless procedure, but not quite as long lasting as waxing, because it really only chemically eats away at the hair follicles on the outside of the skin, and doesn't remove the whole hair follicle like waxing does.
Anyways, this is a pretty good product that I highly reccomend. I've heard reports of some people having bad experiences with it but mine has been positive thus far (which is actually 3--4 months). I suggest testing out an optimal length of time to leave the cream on however (anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes) in order to use the product to the best effect.
