(More customer reviews)I use this oil as a hot oil treatment for my hair and as a leave in conditioner for my hair ends. I use the camellia oil alone or in combination with other carrier oils such as avocado and/or apricot kernel oil and heat it. I then put the oil through out my hair and leave it on for at least 3 hours then rinse, shampoo, and condition. This camellia oil is light enough to not leave your hair greasy, yet heavy enough to moisturize your hair. The benefits of using an oil treatment such as camellia oil is that there are no proteins; therefore, you get pure moisture and nourishing vitamins for your hair. Too much protein in a treatment can make your hair weaker and drier which is the opposite of your goal. I highly recommend this camellia oil.
