The spray makes hair crunchy, shiny in a "fake wet" look sort of way, and flaky. You can't brush through your hair without damaging it or leaving white specks. And the hold is not nearly as strong as the description on the can leads you to believe. You have to use A LOT of it (4 drawn-out sprays on the same area) to get an extra strong hold like it says.
I did a lot of research and bought Sebastian Re-shaper instead. Love that!
