(More customer reviews)It works. This is my first time waxing on my own. My skin is the normal type, is fair and my hair black, I used the strips as instructed, on both legs from knee downwards. It is painful, but it was expected.
It takes out a lot of hair, although not all. Unlike its claim , it hardly removes any hair shorter than 5 mm, I had to specifically press on the hair after applying the strip before removing it. And it is almost useless to re-use the strips since they have so little power left to remove hair.
The process took about 1 hour. I used up a lot of time since I work very carefully. I got much faster after finishing the first leg, so next time I use this, 2 legs won't take up more than 20 minutes.
I used 8 strips to finish both legs and 2 wipes (included) to clean up. My legs become fairly hair-less, smooth and oily.
I left it for a night and there were no skin problems.
Hair re-grows after about 10 days up to a 3mm length, and the strips can't help me pull them out. Since hair that length already shows up quite well on my skin, I have to go back to using long pants until they are long enough...
Well, good enough considering the price and practicality. The salon charges so much more with similar results.
