(More customer reviews)I love this product. Having said that, I can't give it five stars, because I don't think they are really tellig the truth about how it works best in the instructions. I heat this wax in a small pan of water on the stove, and use it with small cloth strips. Over-heating or getting water in the wax pot will make it foamy and ruin it. The soothing cream is great. I never use the tweezers or eyebrow stencils. For some weird reason, it only works for eyebrows and hairline. Face, lip and chin areas do not come clean with this wax.
